Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Cost Estimation: Accurately estimate the quantity and costs of labor, materials, and machinery.
• Project Planning: Develop cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections to ensure project success.
• Liaison: Liaise with Consultants on all contractual matters, progress claim, site valuation, variation orders, final certificate.
• Contract Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Tender Preparation: Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments including Finance and Project Management to ensure smooth operations.
• Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor in the construction field.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, committed and good communication skills.
• Good working attitude, ability to organize, planning and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Computer literate is essential, must be well-versed in MS Office, AutoCAD.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
