Hiring Sales Manager - (Automotive Industry)
Location: Ipoh (HQ) and Taiping (Service Outlet), Perak
Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000 per month

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily sales operations to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive vehicle sales growth.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and departmental targets.
- Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the sales team.
- Conduct sales training and performance improvement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, roadshows, and sales activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify business opportunities and market expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or relevant professional qualification.
- Experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in preparing sales reports and performance analysis.
- Possess a valid driving license.

Working Hours
