Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of ICT Systems including hardware, cybersecurity, software, networks, PA Systems, CCTV, telephone, and related infrastructure.
• Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and timely restoration of ICT services to minimize operational disruptions ·
• Provide ICT engineering support including system design, configuration, installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate ICT asset registers, system documentation, network diagrams, and configuration records.
• Ensure ICT security, user access control, and compliance with IT security policies and procedures
• Support ICT budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and contractor supervision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Min 4 years' experience in managing ICT and cybersecurity system

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
