SK Nadi Digital is looking for a Business Analyst to support a web application development project based in Ipoh, Perak.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding business needs, and translating those needs into clear requirements for the development team. If you have experience participating in software or web application projects and are comfortable communicating with both business users and developers, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering and stakeholder discussions.
• Assist in documenting business and system requirements.
• Prepare project documentation such as:

1) Business Requirements

2) Functional Specifications

3) User Stories

4) Process Flows

5) UAT Documents

• Work closely with project stakeholders, developers, and project managers.
• Help clarify business requirements during development and testing phases.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and issue tracking.
• Ensure requirements and project documentation remain up to date.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Project Coordination, or related roles.
• Exposure to software or web application development projects.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to organize information and produce clear documentation.
• Willing to learn and work in a project-based environment.
• Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in Business Analysis or System Development are encouraged to apply.
