Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage recruiting process including applicant interviewing, and candidate selection.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage, coordinate and review corporate benefit programs including insurance; retirement plans and other fringe benefits. Strive for continuous improvement in benefits, employee choice, and cost structures through design, administration, and compliance.
·Prepare recommendations and update Management on benefit trends, challenges, and legislative changes.
Employee and Industrial Relations Balance employee and management perspectives in execution of employee relations matters including dispute resolution, disciplinary procedures, performance evaluations and exit interviews. Assist in coordinating all company sponsored events and activities.
Office Management/ Administrative DutiesEnsure a quality professional working environment by managing the office environment, office equipment, and employee facilities. ·Process biweekly payroll and related functions. Provide clerical back-up and assistance as needed.
Oversee the administration of the factory which includes staff facilities, amenities, cleanliness security and safety of compounds and other general administrative matters
·Manage employee relations matters including dispute resolution, disciplinary & domestic inquiry action, performance evaluations & exit interviews.
Prepare Audit Documents & attend external audit for HR Dept.
Ensure timely submission of statutory reporting such as CP22, CP22A, Form EA, Form E. ·To establish & manage employee career development to align with Company Growth. ·To develop & establish employee appraisal system and management.
To assist Group Corporate Services Division in the planning and implementation of an
company projects. This includes obtaining grants and incentives from govemmental agencies.
At Least 5 Years Experience
Pay: RM3,676.62 - RM10,990.77 per month
