Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist in recruitment activities, payroll administration, employee records management, and general HR support functions to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and verification.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff movements.
- Support statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in handling employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and resignations.
- Support disciplinary and performance management processes when required.
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and other labour regulations.
- Maintain HR databases and filing systems.
- Prepare HR reports and administrative documents as required.
- Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration, payroll, or recruitment.
- Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
