• Quality Assurance: Manage QAQC-related issues, ensure SOP/ISO compliance, and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Customer Communication: Provide quality-related information to customers, including product details,returns, replacements, specifications, QMS, and audit information.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Customer Complaint Resolution: Respond promptly to customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.
• On-site Support: Provide support during customer audits to ensure smooth processes and maintain strong relationships.
• Analysis and Validation: Perform thorough analysis and validation of customer-returned parts to improve product quality.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a quality-related role (manufacturing environment preferred).

3. Candidates with relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment will have an added advantage.

4. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
