Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage and maintain documentation control systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 Quality Management System, or equivalent standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Liaise with customers, auditors, and certification bodies on QMS-related matters.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in QMS/quality management, preferably in EMS or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit practices.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• QMS : 3 years (Preferred)
