To support the company's IT infrastructure, applications, and users by providing day-to-day technical assistance, system administration, and troubleshooting. The role ensures smooth IT operations and contributes to continuous improvement of IT services within the organization. 

Daily

• Provide first-level IT support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system, server, and network health status. M
• anage user account creation, modification, and deactivation.

Weekly

• Conduct routine backup verification and ensure data recovery readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance on PCs, printers, and network devices.

Monthly

• Update and patch IT systems, servers, and security solutions.
• Prepare monthly IT incident and helpdesk reports.

Yearly

• Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and project implementations.
• Support internal and external IT audits and compliance checks.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field Computer Knowledge
• Windows Server, Linux, Networking (LAN/WAN), Firewall, Microsoft 365, VMware etc Skills
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation, user support Abilities
• Strong communication, teamwork, time management
