Job Summary
The E-Commerce Executive is primarily responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth of the business's marketplace channels across Malaysia and Singapore, covering Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop. Webstore support is secondary and provided on an as-needed basis. This is a dual-market role where you will manage both country channels remotely without the need for travel, coordinating closely with the team to ensure each market is well-served. The role sits at the intersection of operations, content, and data, and is well-suited to someone detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and eager to grow in a fast-moving retail eCommerce environment.
1) Marketplace Operations
- Manage day-to-day operations on Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop across both Malaysia and Singapore including product uploads, pricing updates, and campaign participation
- Maintain awareness of platform differences between MY and SG channels including separate seller centres, promotional mechanics, and currency and pricing alignment
- Ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and optimised per platform requirements and brand guidelines
- Coordinate promotional mechanics (vouchers, bundles, flash deals, campaign slots) in alignment with the marketing calendar
- Monitor marketplace seller performance metrics and flag issues proactively
- Assist with generating and formatting platform upload templates (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora) from Shopify product data
2) Content & Listings
- Prepare and maintain product content across platforms titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and variant configurations
- Ensure consistency of product information across all channels (webstore and marketplace)
- Assist in managing brand pages for key principals across the portfolio
- Coordinate with the team on asset requirements for listings, ensuring imagery meets platform specs
3) Performance & Analytics
- Pull and compile sales reports across platforms and both markets on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Track and compare performance across MY and SG channels flagging gaps, opportunities, and market-specific trends
- Support the Head of eCommerce in building performance dashboards and analysis workbooks (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Track key metrics including GMV, units sold, conversion rates, traffic, and return rates by platform and department
- Assist in identifying performance trends, anomalies, and opportunities particularly around stock health, sell-through rates, and category performance
- Contribute to post-campaign reporting and principal-facing performance decks
4) Cross-Functional & Webstore Support
- Liaise with the buying/merchandising team on new season arrivals and product readiness for digital launch
- Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfilment team on order processing, stock queries, and returns resolution
- Support the other eCommerce team members with returns processing and CS escalations where needed
- Assist in preparing internal SOPs and documentation for eCommerce processes
- Provide ad hoc support on the webstore (MY & SG) as needed tasks may include product content updates, collection page edits, or flagging issues to the web developer
- Expected to be familiar with the Shopify backend at a basic level to assist when required
Skills & Knowledge
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets pivot tables, basic formulas, and data organization
- Good attention to detail especially for product content accuracy and data entry
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet platform deadlines simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
- Familiarity with marketplace seller centres is a plus
- Experience with Shopify backend is an advantage
- Basic graphic/image resizing skills (Canva or similar) is useful but not required
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work for drafting content, summarising data, generating ideas, or automating repetitive tasks
- Bonus: experience using AI for product copywriting, image prompting, or workflow automation.

Education
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Communications, or a related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or strong platform knowledge are welcome to apply
