Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate civil maintenance activities at Wetland Putrajaya. The successful candidate will supervise daily maintenance operations, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the site's infrastructure in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil maintenance activities and site operations.
- Plan, assign, and monitor the work of technicians and contractors.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, roads, drainage systems, walkways, fences, and other civil infrastructure.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance works are completed according to schedule.
- Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify defects, recommend repair solutions, and prepare maintenance reports.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and completed works.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and submit requisitions when necessary.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards are maintained throughout all maintenance activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil maintenance, facilities management, construction, or a related industry.
- Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating daily site operations.
- Good knowledge of civil repair works, drainage systems, road maintenance, and building maintenance.
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in facilities or landscape maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
