2. Half- yearly assessments of performance, skills to guide career planning with salary adjustments, if achieve excellent performance.

3. Productive feedback from managers, direct reports and peers.

4. Opportunities for projects and task force assignments. 

5. The Program Outline

a. 0 – 6th month – Understanding the Functions of Various Departments and Hands - On Training in the Depts. o Rotation through various disciplines o Complete Trainee Report detailing experiences through rotation.

b. 6th – 12th month – Core Focus to Move into the related discipline – specific engineering area. Lead and participate in projects of increasing size and scope as well as supervise people.

c. 12th – 24th month – Supervision and Project Work.

If the trainee has fulfilled the needs and requirements as a Trainee, Engineer, the trainee will be promoted to an Assistant position.

The competent and potential trainee will be given the opportunity to travel to other locations/factories and complete training segments in the discipline in the specific area.

d. Program Completion - Upon successful completion of the Program, the Company will offer the Graduate a permanent position as Engineer/Executive or Assistant Manager, whichever is applicable. He/she shall be relocated to any company location based on the needs of the business.The Trainee needs to achieve the target expectation of the Management with an overall assessment result of 70% to 80%.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
