Responsibilities

About The Team and Position

As part of CARSOME's operations team, the Business Support Executive (BSE) role is

responsible for delivering a seamless customer and transaction experience while ensuring

operational excellence, compliance, and service quality across the vehicle ownership

journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support end-to-end branch operations by coordinating customer, transaction,

administrative, and vehicle-related activities.

Facilitate customer appointments, transaction processing, and operational activities

to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Manage and maintain operational records, documentation, and system updates to

support accurate and timely transaction completion.

Coordinate with customers, dealers, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders

to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

Support the administration and execution of ownership transfer, payment, financing,

and other transaction-related activities in accordance with company requirements.

Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure service level

commitments and operational targets are achieved.

Support vehicle receiving, inventory management, movement, storage, and

handover activities to maintain operational efficiency and vehicle readiness.

Perform vehicle condition verification and operational checks to ensure compliance

with company standards and processes.

Assist in resolving operational, customer, and transaction-related issues by

coordinating with relevant stakeholders and providing timely updates.

Ensure compliance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and

company policies across all branch activities.

Contribute to branch performance by supporting daily operational execution,

process improvements, and service quality initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and deliver a

consistent customer experience.

What You’ll Need

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.

Experience in customer service, operations, administration, automotive or related

industries.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and meet service level targets.

Good attention to detail and compliance awareness.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
