• Work closely with the banquet manager, kitchen, and event organizers to meet guest expectations.
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and safety compliance in all banquet functions.

Requirements:

• Relevant certification in a related field.
• Relevant experience in similar role, with prior hotel experience being mandatory.
