Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Putrajaya Federal Territory, Malaysia. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong pipeline, and proactively reach out to potential clients through calls, meetings, events, and digital channels. The role includes presenting Bina Cloud’s project delivery & asset lifecycle platform, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and supporting pricing and contract discussions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve managing key accounts, tracking activities in CRM tools, collaborating with product and marketing teams, and providing regular sales forecasts and market feedback. The successful candidate will represent Bina Cloud at industry events, help strengthen the company’s presence in the construction sector, and contribute to revenue growth and long-term partnerships.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Business and Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, portfolio growth, and client retention.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B software, SaaS, or construction/proptech solutions is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working on-site with clients and internal teams in Putrajaya and surrounding areas, including occasional travel as needed.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking, and basic data analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
