About the Role

As a Sales & Operation Support, you’ll drive customer success by ensuring accurate, timely product delivery while managing the full order and tender lifecycle. You’ll also support marketing initiatives that grow our presence in the scientific industry.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Procurement: Manage end-to-end order workflows—from receipt to delivery—ensuring accuracy and speed.
• Tender Management: Prepare, submit, and track tenders; coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for compliance.
• Marketing & Sales Support: Assist with campaigns, content, and events to promote our scientific products and services.
• Client Success: Proactively resolve issues, maintain strong communication, and ensure customers receive the right products at the right time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sciences, IT, Humanities and related.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, follow-ups, and customer relationships professionally.
• Hands-on experience or aptitude in Sales and Sales Management to support the sales cycle, maintain pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
