We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator who can serve as a reliable operational partner supporting day-to-day administrative functions and helping keep internal processes running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, is detail-oriented, and can operate with strong ownership and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across stakeholders
Organize internal documents, records, and operational systems
Support inbox management and communication coordination when needed
Operations Coordination
Track ongoing projects and ensure tasks are moving forward across teams
Help coordinate priorities between internal stakeholders and leadership
Assist with process documentation and operational workflows
Follow up with team members to ensure deliverables stay on track
Organization & Process Management
Create and improve internal systems for operational efficiency
Maintain trackers, reporting dashboards, and internal documentation
Support cross-functional coordination as needed
General Support
Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks for leadership
Assist with research, vendor coordination, and other business support needs
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations roles
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting founders, executives, or startup teams is a plus
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, spreadsheets, and productivity tools
