AIDC & IT Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer to support AI/Data Center (AIDC) projects, factory IT infrastructure, and internal company IT operations.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working with hardware, and supporting a wide range of IT systems. When AIDC projects are active, you will support server and infrastructure deployment activities. During normal operations, you will assist with factory and corporate IT infrastructure support.

Responsibilities

* Support AIDC infrastructure deployment and maintenance activities.

* Assist with server installation, hardware troubleshooting, and system setup.

* Support network, system, and storage-related activities.

* Support factory and manufacturing IT infrastructure.

* Assist internal users with IT-related issues and requests.

* Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, network, and application issues.

* Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.

* Maintain IT asset and infrastructure documentation.

* Travel to customer or project sites when required.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

* Good hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and infrastructure.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Basic knowledge of networking and systems administration.

* Familiar with Windows and Linux environments.

* Exposure to storage systems or JBOD is an advantage.

* Experience or exposure to Data Center, AIDC, GPU servers, or AI infrastructure is an advantage.

* Willing to learn new technologies and take on different IT responsibilities.

* Able to travel when required.

Preferred Certifications

* CCNA or equivalent networking certification.

* Microsoft, Linux, VMware, or other infrastructure-related certifications.

* NVIDIA AI or GPU-related certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills

* Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

* Experience supporting manufacturing or factory environments is an advantage.

* Familiarity with server deployment, rack integration, and infrastructure support is beneficial.
