Base Salary: Up to RM 3,000 / month (Based on experience) + Fixed Petrol Allowance

We are a growing digital sports platform based in Penang, and we are looking for a creative, strategic Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. While our ideal target is someone with 2–3 years of experience, we are willing to consider passionate, fast-learning candidates with 1 year of experience who have a standout portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategize & Collaborate: Brainstorm and draft creative social media plans, content calendars, and campaign ideas. You will pitch your plans to the team, collaborate to refine them, and align on the best boosting strategies for events and the brand.

- Office-Based Execution: Spend your core hours in the office scripting videos, tracking analytics, managing boosting, and executing the agreed-upon content calendar.

- Graphic Design: Use your eye for visuals to design professional, striking event posters, tournament graphics, and digital assets (via Canva).

- On-Site Content Capture: Head down to local court venues and live events when necessary to capture high-energy smartphone videos, action shots, and behind-the-scenes hype. You have the flexibility to schedule these site visits based on when the most interesting action is happening.

- Ride the Trend Waves: Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s viral, trending audio, memes, and formats, and pitch ways to adapt them to our platform.

Job Requirements

- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms, boosting, or creating content is preferred (Promising candidates with 1 year of experience are welcome to apply; salary will adjust based on experience level).

- Technical Tools: High proficiency in mobile video editors (CapCut) and design tools (Canva). Understanding of Meta Business Suite is a major plus.

- The Vibe: A team player who welcomes feedback and collaborative brainstorming, but is highly disciplined and self-motivated enough to execute work independently once the plan is set.

- Logistics: Based on Penang Island, possess your own transport (for local venue visits), and willing to travel outstation occasionally for big tournaments.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
