Responsibilities

Company Overview:

HKZ Global Resources is a multifaceted company based in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, specializing in interior decoration and construction services. The company offers a diverse range of services, including wall decoration, wainscoting, fluted panels, SPC flooring, and comprehensive interior design solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of talent, especially creative professionals.
  • Support in building and maintaining a strong employer brand within the interior design industry.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR-related documentation, policies, and correspondence.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management processes, including setting KPIs, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Support management in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in creative, design, or project-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
