Main Responsibilities :

• Ensure the manufacturing process remain smooth and efficient by organizing the workflow.
• Oversee, recruits, trains and coach employees, counselling and disciplining employees.
• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work result, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedule, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintain quality services by establishing and enforcing production standards.
• Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.

Min Competency – Education/ Training/ Experience/ Skill

• Minimum diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational certificate in industrial production, engineering or any related course.
• Experienced in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 2 years’ experience in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic.
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
