• Support Manager in administrative task.
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely submission of operations related reporting.
• Co-ordinate with the team to ensure daily operations are running smoothly.
• Monitor cost and expenses efficiency.
• Interact positively with customers and respond promptly to complaints.
• to communicate with the higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.
• Responsible for implementing quality management and other regulatory compliance strategies inline with company policy.
• Perform other job duties or projects as given by the Management.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Good in Written and Oral in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Analytical, resourceful, organised, meticulous, responsible, excellent problem solving skill and committed in meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels
