Responsibilities
Assistant – Human Resources (HR)
Join Our Team!Are you passionate about people, organization, and building a positive workplace culture? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations and employee administration.
What You'll Be DoingAssist in general HR administration, filing, and employee record management.
Update and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and gate pass information.
Support monthly payroll processing.
Screen job applications and coordinate interview arrangements.
Communicate interview schedules with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Support employee briefings and internal communications.
Prepare and communicate daily HR updates, including leave notifications.
Coordinate with IT for HR announcements and updates on the electronic notice board.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Diploma, or higher qualification.
Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
Experience & Attributes
Minimum 1 year experience.
Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
Well-disciplined, responsible, and organized.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
