YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and improve route planning and daily delivery operations for efficiency.

• Ensure effective vehicle utilisation, including maintenance and cost control.

• Analyse operational data (capacity, fuel, maintenance) to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop and enhance systems for automated data tracking and analysis.

• Ensure SOP compliance, maintain confidentiality, and support cost optimisation initiatives.

Job Requirement :

1. Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM, Diploma in Logistics Management / Marketing / Business Studies / or equivalent.

2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or courier services will have an added advantage.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse data and generate reports.

4. Basic knowledge or understanding of logistics, transportation, or courier service operations is an advantage.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

6. Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal teams, supplier or external customers.

7. Able to handle data, maintain confidentiality and support operational improvements.
