Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for local and foreign workers.

  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job scopes.

  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding.

  • Prepare bilingual offer letters, contracts, and recruitment documentation.

  • Maintain updated manpower planning and recruitment tracking reports.

Payroll

  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).

  • Verify attendance, overtime, and leave records for payroll input.

  • Handle payroll queries and coordinate with Finance for reconciliation.

  • Ensure payroll documentation is audit-ready and confidential.

Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Support disciplinary procedures, warning letters, and domestic inquiries.

  • Maintain records of misconduct cases and IR documentation.

  • Liaise with relevant authorities and legal advisors when required.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.

Employee Relations (ER)

  • Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare initiatives, and feedback channels.

  • Support resolution of grievances and promote positive workplace culture.

  • Organize staff events, recognition programs, and communication activities.

  • Monitor employee morale and escalate concerns to HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.

  • Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws, foreign worker regulations, and IR procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems.
