Responsibilities
Main Duties & Responsibility
Proactively develop new market and expand market coverage
Maintain strategic relationships and service developed customer base
Manage and maintain distributor and agent's relationship
Prepare sales analysis report, monthly & weekly sales report
Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Prepare quotations and administering customer accounts
Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support services
Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
Develop and execute sales plan/territory and customers coverage plan to achieve sales volume goals and sales growth targets
Support Regional Commercial Manager in sales budgeting and pricing issues
Assist in creating and developing an industry knowledge base
Frequent business travel to meet with customers
Job Requirements
Recognized Diploma/Degree holder
Interested in a career in Sales
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Good communication & negotiation skill
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
Own transport & willing to travel as required (50% travelling)
Relevant working experience / background and familiar with Malaysia Electronic Market / Surface Mount Technology (SMT) / Semiconductor / wave-soldering processes industry
