Job Description:

• Ensure sufficient supply of steam, thermal oil and compressed air as per required by production.

• Responsible for the establishment/setup of preventive maintenance schedule and checklists for boilers and air compressor and submit monthly report

• Work with contractor for annual overhaul, cleaning and maintenance for DOSH inspection.

• Record and update log book for all the activities.

• Record gas reading at substation and incoming gas pressure.

• Ensure proper usage of chemicals and follow up on lab test report.

• Effectively manage related documentations, including certificates, manuals, SOP, WI and records.

• Ensure compliance of daily activity within the regulatory permissible limit and Factory Disciplines.

• Respond to all emergency calls for boilers and air compressor issues and ensure the issues are rectified promptly.

• Supervise work of the team and contractors to ensure work is done and complied to safety regulations.

• Ensure adequate training and development of the team members.

• Willing to work in shift (night).

• To undertake other responsibilities/any ad-hoc task assigned by Team Leader time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess Boilerman Grade 2 certificate issued by DOSH.

• Experience: Preferably with min 3 years’ hands on experience and good at troubleshooting.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah.
