Resolve client complaints: Investigate problems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
Answer service inquiries: Provide precise details about company products, pricing, and policies.
Process system transactions: Manage product orders, returns, exchanges, and billing issues.
Maintain digital records: Log accurate details of customer interactions, feedback, and account updates.
Cross-collaborate with teams: Partner with others department to resolve complex cases
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (oral and written)
Conversant in other local dialects preferred and would be added advantage
Computer literate (Microsoft office)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to start immediately
