Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the semiconductor industry (e.g., wafer fabs, OSATs, semiconductor manufacturers).
2. Promote and sell semiconductor-related products, materials, or equipment based on customer applications and technical requirements.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive territory sales growth. 4. Prepare and follow up on quotations, technical proposals, and contract negotiations.
5. Collaborate with technical teams (e.g., application engineers, product managers) to support solution-based selling.
6. Conduct customer visits and presentations
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic insights.
8. Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecast
9. Support exhibitions, technical seminars, and industry events where applicable.
Experience:
Fresh graduate or Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry. Experience working with FABs, OSATs, or semiconductor equipment/material suppliers is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Good understanding of semiconductor processes, equipment, or materials. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Good time management and organizational ability.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel locally or regionally for customer visits.
Possess own transport
