About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised HR & Admin professional to join our team at our Ipoh Perak location on a full-time basis. This is a pivotal role that will provide essential support across both human resources and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of HR and administrative tasks that directly impact employee satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Providing administrative support to management, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining office calendars
Processing payroll information, leave applications, and employee benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Coordinating employee engagement activities, training programmes, and team events to foster a positive workplace culture
Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment
Handling general office administration including data entry, filing, record keeping, and document preparation
Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing professional and confidential support
Preparing HR reports and assisting with workforce planning and analysis as required
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous manner
Knowledge of employment legislation, HR practices, and compliance requirements in Malaysia
Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling sensitive employee information and documentation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and discretion
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
