Job Descriptions :

1. Responsible for sourcing, planning, and controlling raw materials to support production requirements.

2. Ensure the effective implementation and enforcement of company purchasing strategies, procurement processes, and policies.

3. Conduct negotiations and discussions with suppliers and assist in the preparation and conclusion of contracts when required.

4. Negotiate pricing, quality, service levels, credit terms, and discounts to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards and supporting company objectives.

5. Coordinate with Production Planning to review raw material availability and maintain accurate data collection and updates with relevant departments.

6. Collaborate closely with all related departments to achieve production targets and scheduling requirements.

7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Prepare customs-related reports and other internal management reports as required.

9. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related discipline.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Familiar with Customs and MIDA formalities will be an added advantage.

• Independently with minimum supervision and a team player.

• Able to work in challenging & fast paced environment.

• Strong prioritizing skills, ability to multi-task and result driven.
