Handle sourcing, supplier negotiation, price comparison, and Purchase Order issuance
Manage procurement activities, order tracking, and timely delivery arrangements
Coordinate import shipments, customs documentation, and delivery schedules
Support administrative tasks, reporting, and proper document filing
Resolve urgent purchasing requests and supply issues promptly
Maintain and update the Approved Supplier List for ISO audit compliance
Job Requirements:
Possess at least SPM or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience as purchasing or procurement officer
Computer literacy and knowledge of ERP systems are preferred
Prior experience in import shipment coordination is an advantage but not essential
Required language : Mandarin and English (written & oral). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, 14001 EMS, RBA is essential but not compulsory
