Responsibilities

• Source and secure suitable retail tenants that align with the mall's branding and zoning.
• Conduct site tours and engage with prospective tenants.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department on the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements.
• Act as the main liaison between the mall and tenants for leasing matters.
• Attend to tenant and shopper enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding rental and related charges with tenants.
• Generate leasing progress reports, occupancy status, and collection reports for management review.
• Conduct research on retail trends, competitor malls, rental rates and emerging brands.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support leasing-driven promotions and campaigns.
• Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in leasing, retail management, property management, or a similar role (shopping mall experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of retail leasing practices, tenancy agreements, and mall operations.
• Good knowledge of current retail trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
• Ability to analyze leasing data, rental performance, and occupancy reports.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
