Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives assigned by the Company.
- Proactively engage walk-in customers and identify opportunities to recommend suitable products, services, and promotions.
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention initiatives.
- Participate actively in sales campaigns, roadshows, health screenings, corporate events, and community engagement activities.
- Support product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and continuously seek opportunities to improve results.
Customer Engagement
- Deliver professional, friendly, and personalized customer service at all times.
- Build strong relationships with customers and establish long-term loyalty.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the purchasing journey.
Event & Field Sales Activities
- Serve as a key representative during sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and outreach activities.
- Travel to different outlets, locations, and states when required to support business initiatives.
- Assist in executing field marketing and customer engagement programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful event execution and achievement of sales objectives.
Operational Support
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure promotional materials and product displays are properly maintained.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities when required.
- Adhere to company SOPs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in retail, FMCG, telecommunications, banking, insurance, automotive, property, healthcare, or other customer-facing industries.
- Fresh industry experience is welcome if accompanied by strong sales achievements and customer engagement skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
