• Coordinate daily deliveries and schedules to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate with customers, drivers, and internal departments when required.
• Handle delivery issues such as delays, route changes, or vehicle breakdowns and report to management when necessary.
• Maintain vehicle records, including mileage, fuel usage, servicing, road tax, and insurance renewals.
• Ensure company vehicles are well-maintained, safe, and in good working condition.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, and Purchasing teams to support smooth daily operations.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain delivery documents and related records.
• Support warehouse activities such as stock handling, loading, unloading, and inventory coordination when required.
• Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of drivers and logistics staff.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Investigate delivery issues, customer complaints, and damaged or missing goods, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or transportation coordination preferred.
• Basic understanding of delivery planning, warehouse procedures, and inventory flow.
• Proficient in SQL systems and Microsoft Office, with strong capability in data entry and reporting.
• Good communication skills with ability to work with drivers, warehouse, and internal departments.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours :

• Mon - Fri : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Alternate Saturday : 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
