Live Streaming Host (Perfume) – Full-Time

Location: Sentul, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500 per month + Commission + Performance Rewards

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and passionate Live Streaming Host to join our growing team at MD. BADAOUI SDN BHD (Warda Perfume). As a Live Host, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through TikTok live sessions, showcasing our premium perfume collections, driving sales, and creating exciting content that strengthens our brand presence online.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being in front of the camera, have strong communication skills, and are passionate about beauty, fragrance, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily live streaming sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Introduce, demonstrate, and promote perfume products during live sessions.
• Interact with viewers, answer product-related questions, and provide professional recommendations.
• Encourage audience engagement and drive online sales through effective product presentations.
• Plan, create, and execute short-form video content for TikTok and social media platforms.
• Participate in campaign planning, promotional activities, giveaways, and interactive live sessions.
• Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate creative ideas into content creation.
• Achieve sales and engagement targets set by the company.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional brand image during all live broadcasts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in live hosting, TikTok live selling, content creation, or social media marketing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable speaking in front of the camera and engaging with online audiences.
• Creative, energetic, and sales-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for perfumes, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle products is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop and e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• 6 working days per week
• 6 working hours per day
• Rotational shifts:
• Morning Shift
• Evening Shift
• Off day will be scheduled by the company.

Important Work Requirements

• Must be willing to work on Public Holidays.
• Must be available during major sales campaigns, including:
• Double-Digit Campaigns (e.g. 6.6, 7.7, 8.8, 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, 12.12)
• Payday Sales Campaigns
• Special Promotional Events
• Work From Office (WFO) only – this position is not eligible for Work From Home (WFH).

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,500 per month
