Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup & Operation

• Set up and prepare injection moulding machines, moulds, and auxiliary equipment for production.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and product changeovers according to production schedules.
• Adjust machine parameters and process settings to achieve optimal production performance and product quality.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth and continuous production.

Production & Quality Control

• Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Monitor production output and minimize defects, scrap, and material wastage.
• Identify and resolve production issues related to moulding processes, machine performance, and product quality.
• Record production data, machine parameters, and quality inspection results accurately.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine machine checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs.
• Troubleshoot machine, mould, and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Report major equipment failures and coordinate with the Maintenance Department for corrective actions.
• Ensure moulds and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with company safety rules, work instructions, and operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S practices.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in process improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Support new product trials, process validation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Train and guide production operators on machine operation and work procedures when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
