The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspection of incoming materials, production and finished products to ensure all the products' quality before delivered.
Responsibilities :-
- Routine sampling and inspection of the materials, storing the materials that pass the sampling inspection and conduct a statistical analysis of the quality of the inspected materials
- Isolate non-conformance materials with proper labelling
- Routine sampling of materials prior for production, recording actual confirmed data and parameters on the material checklist
- Sampling and inspection of finished products, issuing inspection report
- Proper labelling of unqualified finished products and notify Quality Engineer for confirmation
- Inspection during the production process, identify non-conformance and ensure non-conformance is handled according to the procedure
- Issuing abnormal improvement notices and report to superior. Tracking the results and effects of improvement measures taken
- Safekeeping and management of all inspection instruments and equipment. Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety
Requirements :-
- Cert/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or equivalent
- 1 year experience in material / IPQC / finished product inspection
- Basic image recognition ability, conventional measuring tools, office software
