Key Responsibilities Corporate Finance & Financial Planning • Planning and execute corporate finance activities of the Company. • Prepare financial analysis, financial modelling, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations. • Monitor and manage funding requirements, and financial forecasting. • Develop and review annual Marketing and Business Development activity. Investment & Corporate Exercise • Evaluate sales plan and prepare weekly financial reports for Management and Board review. • Liaise with external parties including bankers, auditors, lawyers, consultants, tax agents, and regulatory authorities. Compliance & Reporting • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies. • Prepare Board Papers, management reports, and financial presentations. Leadership & Team Management • Lead, supervise, and guide team members within the department. • Ensure tasks and projects are completed within timeline and quality expectations. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
