We are looking for an SAP Functional Support Consultant to join us. Let’s see if we are a good fit for each other!

Our Ideal Candidate (Technical Focus):

We are looking for specialists with deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

  • SAP MDG: Primarily Customer and Vendor data (Material knowledge is a plus).
  • SAP GRC: Experience with Access Control, Firefighter, ARM, UAR, and SoD risks.
  • SAP HR / Payroll: Ideally with experience in HR-to-Workday integrations.
  • SAP PP: Production Planning expertise (knowledge of WM is a massive advantage!).
  • SAP PS: Project System management.

Required skills:

  • 3+ years of supporting SAP systems in a business or IT environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC R3.
  • An analytical thinker who can explain technical things in simple terms and is willing to work across different modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in one or more functional areas (e.g., source-to-pay).
  • Experience with ticketing systems and IT support workflows (e.g., ITIL framework).
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Experience in creating documentation and end-user training materials.
  • Ability to cover the Australian time zone (we need at least 6 hours of overlap).
  • English: B2+.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Carve-out expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for end-users across SAP Solutions, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze business processes, and recommend smart enhancements or workarounds.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and support the rollout of new features and patches.
  • Create user guides, document resolutions, and provide training to make our users more efficient.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT) and post-implementation support to ensure everything runs smoothly.
