Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Purchasing Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain activities, allowing students to gain practical exposure in a manufacturing environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in preparing and issuing Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up with suppliers on quotations and delivery status.
• Update and maintain purchasing records and documents.
• Assist in filing and data entry.
• Support the Purchasing team with daily administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

Internship Duration: Minimum 4 months and above.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
