• Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to employees across the organisation
• Assist with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Administer and maintain HR systems, policies and procedures
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and addressing any workplace issues
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Proactive, organised, adaptable and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
