Job Description

1.Process Engineering & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process qualification, and validation activities.
• Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process parameters.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for process anomalies.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and EHS teams to resolve abnormalities and enhance manufacturing output.

2. Equipment Engineering

• Manage the full lifecycle of production equipment: installation, commissioning, and qualification.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics, including OEE and downtime, to drive breakdowns reduction.
• Develop and execute Preventive (PM) and Predictive (PdM) maintenance programs.
• Provide support for equipment troubleshooting, repair, and process recovery.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Facility teams; manage spare parts and critical inventory.
• Evaluate and implement equipment upgrades, modifications, and automation projects.

3. Yield & Efficiency Optimization

• Monitor production yield and defect trends through advanced data analysis.
• Lead Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Drive projects focused on cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, and waste elimination.
• Perform Design of Experiments (DOE) and process capability studies as required.
• Documentation & Audit Support
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts).
• Maintain comprehensive records of equipment maintenance, qualifications, and engineering changes.
• Provide technical support for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and customer audits.
• Ensure all engineering activities remain in full compliance with quality and safety standards.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 year PE/Equipment experience.
• Knowledge of 8D, Fishbone, Control Chart.
• ISO certification preferred.
• RBA knowledgeable is an advantage.
