Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries through multiple channels (Shopee, Tiktok, Whatsapp Instagram, Facebook) in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide necessary updates.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Manage returned item processing.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
