We’re looking to add an Engineer Manufacturing in Senai.

 As an Engineer Manufacturing, you will:

• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation in EHS programs.
• Own and maintain equipment used for wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Develop and execute a preventive and predictive maintenance schedule
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation, including maintenance checklists and calibration activities.
• Collaborate with process engineers to fine-tune equipment parameters and support continuous process improvements.
• Lead the installation, calibration, and qualification of new equipment, working closely with process and production teams.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, multitasking in a fast-paced environment

What skills and experiences are we looking:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience with manufacturing equipment in the electronics industry, in equipment wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting.
