Meraki Themeworks Hiring! Full Time Project Management Professional (Themed Projects) in Kedah - Ricebowl

We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our Project Team. This role is involved in the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects across various industries, including themed attractions, museums, visitor centres, exhibitions, experiential environments, and construction-related projects.

Depending on your experience and background, you may be involved in project management, project engineering, quantity surveying, project coordination, procurement, site execution, client coordination, and project administration.

You will work closely with designers, engineers, fabricators, suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support project documentation, procurement, site activities, and reporting.
• Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities, and assist in developing solutions.
• Participate in site meetings, inspections, installations, and project handovers.
• Ensure project objectives, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved.
  

• Relevant educational qualifications and/or working experience are preferred. Candidates with a strong learning aptitude and interest in project delivery are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in project management, project coordination, construction, architecture, exhibitions, themed entertainment, fit-out, or event-related industries is an advantage.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for project meetings, site coordination, factory inspections, site supervision, and installation works as required.
• Fresh graduates with relevant education and a strong interest in project delivery are encouraged to apply.
