Job description: ASSIGNMENT OFFICER Location: Kuala Lumpur Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assignment Officer to manage daily manpower deployment across assigned data centre sites. The role ensures full staffing coverage, compliance with client requirements, accurate documentation, and smooth operational execution. Job Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Daily Deployment Management Manage and monitor daily manpower deployment for all assigned data center sites. 2. Deployment Planning Prepare and verify daily deployment schedules in advance to ensure sufficient manpower coverage. 3. Compliance Monitoring Ensure all officers comply with client requirements, site SOPs, grooming standards, and operational procedures. 4. Attendance Verification Verify attendance, shift handovers, lateness, absenteeism, and manpower shortages. 5. P-File Management Maintain and update personnel files (P-Files) including permits, passports, certifications, training records, and employment documents. 6. Site Coordination Liaise with internal teams and client representatives regarding operational matters. 7. Manpower Replacement Arrange immediate replacement for officers who are absent, on leave, or unavailable for duty. 8. Incident Escalation Escalate operational issues, incidents, and compliance concerns to management promptly. 9. Daily Reporting Prepare and submit daily manpower and operational reports to management. 10. KPI Monitoring Monitor deployment KPIs and ensure all site requirements are achieved. 11. New Joiner Coordination Coordinate induction, site access requirements, and deployment arrangements for new officers. 12. Documentation Control Ensure all deployment records, attendance sheets, site documents, and compliance records are properly maintained. 13. Client Support Support client requests and operational requirements while ensuring service delivery standards are met. 14. Communication Management Maintain effective communication between Operations, Site Leaders, Supervisors, and clients. 15. Corrective Action Follow-Up Monitor and follow up on operational gaps, deployment issues, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Objective To ensure smooth daily operations, full manpower coverage, compliance with client requirements, and accurate personnel documentation across all assigned areas. Requirements - Age: 21 to 50 years old - Physically fit and able to perform operational/site-related duties - Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field - Prior security experience is required/advantageous - Experience in operations, manpower coordination, or deployment management preferred - Must be able to work 12-hour shifts - Must be willing to work 26 working days per month - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email) - Valid driving license is an advantage
