REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years and above experience in HR role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR operations.
- Well-versed in Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Must present a professional appearance and dress appropriately in formal business attire at all times.
- Experience in preparing HR reports, KPIs and manpower planning is an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and records.
- Monitor attendance, leave and payroll.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and inquiries across department.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Manage confirmation, resignation and exit processes.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
