KDI Garments SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 2,800 - Ricebowl

Location: Malaysia

Salary Range: RM 2,400 – RM 2,800

Age Requirement: 27 – 45 years old

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee daily production operations including tailoring, cutting, sewing, and quality control (uniform & t-shirt production).
• Supervise production team (tailor, cutter, sewing operators) to ensure work is completed on time and meets required quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain sewing machines and cutting tools, including coordinating maintenance when needed.
• Handle job sheets :
• - Create, review, and approve job sheets
• - Monitor and update job status regularly
• - Manage orders from walk-in customers, email, and management team
• Plan and manage production workflow to ensure smooth progress of all orders.
• Track and manage all ongoing jobs, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Check and calculate material requirements:
• - Fabric (kain)
• - Accessories (threads, buttons, etc.)
• - Coordinate and place orders for materials when stock is insufficient.
• Ensure all production processes follow company standards and requirements.
• Requirements :

• - Good leadership and team management skills.
• - High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• - Good communication and coordination skills with team and management.
