An operations Supervisor oversees daily business activities, ensuring that workflows run efficiently and organizational goals are met. They lead frontline teams, manage resources, optimize processes, and ensure strict compliance with company safety and regulatory standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate daily attendance records for all site employees and reporting absenteeism.
- Organizing work, monitoring workers, Managing shifts and overtime, accommodation of workers.
- Evaluating team performance to maximize efficiency and ensure targets are met.
- Supervising daily operations to ensure work is carried out.
- Enforcing health and safety protocols to minimize accidents and complains.
- Conducting daily morning briefings to discuss tasks, risks, and safety measures.
- Completing Daily & monthly Progress Reports manpower details, work completed.
- Communicating between the workforce and project managers regarding progress, issues, and delays.
- Resolving disputes or issues among staff to maintain a productive, safe and healthy working environment.
- Training and mentoring new workers on safety protocols and job-specific tasks.
